Born in Nagasaki in 1976. Nishimura began developing his design skills in high school.
Finishing Fashion Technique Course at Bunka Fashion College in 1997, Nishimura went on to become freelance and produce remade clothing, costumes for various magazines and films. Later became an assistant pattern maker for UNDERCOVER.
Joined MACKDADDY in 2003 and initially worked in PR. In the following year Nishimura was appointed designer for MACKDADDYfs in-house womenswear label named ANNODOMINI and did his first Autumn/Winter 2004 Collection in an installation format. Mede his Tokyo Collection debut with his Spring/Summer 2006 collection.
