Set up a new brand, ato, in 1993. Held his first exhibition in Japan in 1994. Started business dealings with the brand in 1999 through 12 shops in North America, Europe and other overseas locations. The brand¡Çs first collection was held in Paris in 2000. Entered the women¡Çs market in the 2003 Tokyo Collection.
