NORIKO FUKUSHIMA
Worked in Christian Dior¡Ç Paris office as a designer.
Back to Japan, Fukushima joined a major apparel manufacturer, where she was appointed creative director for luxury brands.
Fukushima has consistently offered quality and simple clothes to career-rich women.
In 2000 she introduced personal pret-a-porter by setting up the first pattern order system in the ladies¡Ç wear industry.
From a life culture perspective, her design realm has always encompassed mental enrichment as well as clothing.
She is an official member of CFD.
Since 1999, she has exhibited her work at the biannual Tokyo Collection.
Fukushima teaches at Sugino Fashion College while studying and developing a pattern order system.
In 2004, Fukushima introduced her 2005 collection on America¡Çs Next Top Model, a highly rating national TV program from CBS.
She provides clothes to the jazz singer Yasuko Agawa.
In January 2005, she set up NORiKO FUKUSHIMA INC.
