Japanese fashion business is supported by the “hand” of experts and designers who create fashion and textiles with high quality and high sensitivity. We have focused on the vision of JFW in Tokyo into the concept, “Japan proud to present to the world its most talented hands” for the key visual of our 9th season, and portrayed Japanese precise and sensitive art on canvas. The visual and movie for presenting JFW to all over Japan and overseas were created by creators from illustration, nail art, photography, movie, and music; genres beyond fashion.

ART DIRECTOR TAKAHISA NAKAJIMANakajima works in general graphic design, mainly in art directions of advertisements. Some of his major awards include Tokyo ADC Award,JAGDA New Designer Award,and top prize of Nikkei Advertising Awards. Holds an MA from Tokyo University of Arts in 1998 and has joined Dentsu Inc. upon graduation. |

NAIL ARTIST KANAKO MIURAMiura is known as Ayumi Hamasaki's personal nail artist. Her artistic and stylish work has attracted an extensive clientele of actresses and models. Her work can be seen in various fields including magazine, TV and advertisement. Has become a freelance nail artist from 1999. |

FASHION DESIGNER AKIRA NODANoda is a fashion designer and has worked in creation of many costumes for artists and actresses. His work can be seen in various fields including advertisement, TV, and stage costume. |

ILLUSTRATOR AKI MIYAJIMAMiyajima is known for her work in the ELTTOB TEP ISSEY MIYAKE advertisement. Her area of work extends to CD jackets, posters, covers of books and magazines, and illustrations for the apparel industry. She is a graduate of the Department of Information Design at Kyoto University of Art and Design. |

MOVIE PRODUCTION ROBOT Communications Inc.ROBOT Communications is a general creative group of design and produces videos in many fields such as movie, animation, and TV commercials. Their best known work, LA MAISON EN PETITS CUBES has won the 81st Academy Awards 2009 in the short film (animated) category and is the creative group most sought internationally today. |

SOUND CREATOR n ⁄n/ started in 2005 as a unit with Naoki Tanaka and Masayuki Numai as central figures. Tanaka and Numai are each involved in work as composers and song writers with many artists. They are known for their concert production and performances for Hiromi Go. They position n/ as an expressive platform, and they hold live shows mainly in Tokyo. |
