YUKI TORII

Since her first experience with mother Kimiko's collection in 1962, Torii has presented bi-annual collections, including shows in Paris since 1975. She recieved FEC Award in 1976 and 1988. In 1985, her boutique opened in Gallerie Vivienne in Paris. Torii is also the author of "Let's wear kimono". The awards she has received include FEC Recognition Award and MAINICHI FASHION GRAND PRIX in 1995, and Special Award for MAINICHI FASHION GRAND PRIX in 2005. In October 2008, her collection was presented in Shanghai. The business expands to license work for formal wear, menswear and jewelry.
